The breakfast selection was great with complementary fresh fruit and well-made waffles. The staff was friendly and helpful with directions and recommendations for local attractions. We also appreciated the convenient location with easy access to the highway and nearby restaurants.

While the room was clean, there was noticeable construction noise throughout the day. Additionally, the bathroom fixtures were outdated and appeared worn. the stay was pleasant with a few minor drawbacks.

We stayed over Christmas and they had complimentary gingerbread cookies and hot chocolate, which was a nice touch. The location was great, close to shopping and restaurants. The bed was comfortable and we had a good night's sleep.

The bathroom fan didn't work, making it very humid and uncomfortable. The pillows were terrible, too flat to offer any support. the room felt neglected and not worth the price.

Lots of goodies for breakfast. The rooms with separate bedroom and a whirlpool, as for instance. Location close to Goldsboro and stores and highway and various fast food places.

All the staff were hospitable. Location: the hotel was next to Wayne Community College and Goldsboro for a funeral.

I had fine days staying at this affordable hotel. Everything was clean and perfect. I stayed in the room that was kept clean and available with a jacuzzi, bedroom. Competent people were working here. The restaurant had hot food.

The only issue I had my last stay was that I had to keep getting my key card reset by the staff. For some reason it would clear everyday so going down to the front desk was a slight inconvenience but they resolved the issue every time without hesitation.

I went for a weekend stay and everything was great. Friendly staff, great Breakfast, and nice rooms!

The bed was great & so was the shower. Small room but very clean.

Breakfast only fair. The oatmeal looked bad too dry so didn't try it. Yogurt was served in a bowl instead of sealed containers. Sweet buns were good.

1st Motel bed that I liked EVER, everything was clean and very neat, Super nice staff at a fair price.

Location was perfect for me...just about a mile from the hospital...and close to various fast food places and a wonderful grocery store. The hotel was clean and spacious, and had a very nice bathroom (great water pressure!) with plenty of counter space, and firm beds with extra linens (blankets, pillows). I had no problem connecting to the wi-fi. Staff was very helpful and friendly. I needed a bath mat (slippery tub), and the front desk person provided one immediately. Glad that breakfast was included. Good variety of items, too-- hot eggs, meats, and potatoes, as well as cereals, breads, fruits, coffees, and juices. "Make your own" Belgian waffles were a treat! Air conditioning worked perfectly, and although I had a front room, there was no noise from the busy street. Blackout curtains were a plus!

Of the two mornings, one breakfast was very good, the other ("egg patties" that looked like plastic fried eggs...and undercooked sausage links!)...not so much!

I have stayed at other Country Inn & Suites before and have always liked the upscale feel of the lobby and facilities at a reasonable price. While not luxurious, the accommodations are clean and comfortable.

I searched for a pet friendly hotel on Booked.net. Because of previous pleasant experiences, I chose this brand. However, upon departure, the assistant manager advised that there would be an extra charge for my pet. He and I eventually got into an ugly, embarrassing, and insulting shouting match in the lobby. I have yet to see anything anywhere to suggest the additional charge.

We were in Goldsboro for a funeral & didn't wanted to change afterwards to drive back to Ohio. The desk clerk arranged for us to have a room to change in that afternoon at no charge.
